Chairman Campbell called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San
Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:29 p.m. in the City
Council Chamber.

BOARD ACTIONS
1. INTRODUCTION OF THE FY 2002-03 COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BUDGET
(330.70):
Project Description: The Community Redevelopment Agency has sold all but one
revenue generating property, therefore has little projected revenue. The
proposed budget includes a loan from the City's General Fund, to be repaid from
future tax increment. The loan amount is estimated at $400,000. No Board
action is required as this item is scheduled for a Public Hearing on June 18,
2002, to receive public testimony.
Written Communications: Report dated June 4, 2002 from Cynthia Russell,
Administrative Services Director.
Presentations: Cynthia Russell, Administrative Services Director introduced the
item.
Council Action: Moved by Director Gelff, seconded by Director Swerdlin and
carried unanimously to receive and file the report introducing the 2002-2003
Community Redevelopment Agency operating and capital improvement budget.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Campbell adjourned the meeting at 7:35
p.m. to Tuesday, June 18, 2002, in the City Council Chamber.
