Chairman Greiner called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:59 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Gelff and carried
unanimously, 4-0, to approve Consent Calendar items 2 and 3.
1. MINUTES FROM THE REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 19, 2001 APPROVED
AS SUBMITTED.
This item was removed from the Consent Calendar to allow for Vice Chairman
Bathgate to abstain from voting due to her absence from the June 19, 2001
meeting.

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS
1. STORAGE YARD RATE INCREASE FROM $2.75 TO $3.25 PER LINEAR
FOOT, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2001, APPROVED (670.10)
Description: A proposal to increase the storage rate from $2.75 to $3.25 per
linear foot at the storage yard located at 31771 Los Rios Street.
Written Communications: Report dated July 17, 2001 from Cynthia Russell,
Finance Director.
Oral Presentation: Cynthia Russell, Finance Director, reviewed the proposed
budgets.
Board Action: Moved by Vice Chairman Bathgate, seconded by Director Gelff
and carried unanimously, 4-0, to approve a rate increase from $2.75 to $3.25 per
linear foot, effective October 1, 2001, for the storage yard located at 31771 Los
Rios Street.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Greiner adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
to Tuesday, August 7, 2001, in the City Council Chamber.
