Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:30 p.m.

Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Allevato, and carried
unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.

AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2005, IN THE

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to

Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
