SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statue.
1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board met with its Real Property Negotiator (Executive Director) concerning the
potential sale (price and terms) of certain agency owned real property, more
particularly described as APN 668-421-03 & 688-421-04. The party representing
the potential buyer is Habitat for Humanity.
Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:04 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Wyatt Hart, David M. Swerdlin, Diane Bathgate, Vice
Chairman Sam Allevato, Chairman Joe Soto
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Cynthia L. Russell, Finance
Officer; Meg Monahan, Agency Secretary; John Shaw, Agency Council; and Eileen
White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Allevato, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 & 2 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 18, 2005 APPROVED
AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2005, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $22,975.60, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 8:04 p.m. to
Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m. for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
