SITUATION:
The San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency entered into multiple
Residential Lease Agreements with various tenants in the Little Hollywood Affordable
Housing Program.
ACTION REQUESTED:
The term of these leases will be from the date the agreement was entered into to December
31,2010.
New lease agreements will need to be created after December 31, 2010.
