SITUATION:
At their meeting on January 8, 2010 the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano
approved an agreement with Studio One Eleven to update and amend the'11rri2�
Center Master Plan.
ACTION REQUESTED:

Said Agreement states services shall be completed by June 30, 2011. , !.— J SERVIC-
First Amendment, dated July 1, 2011, extends the term of the agreement to June 30, 2012.
Please notify this office if agreement will be extended or completed.
