REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Reeve called to order the June 21, 2022, Regular of the San Juan Capistrano
Public Financing Authority at 7:53 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Chair Derek Reeve, Vice -Chair Howard Hart, and Directors
Troy Bourne, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Bourne adjourned the meeting at 7:53 p.m. to
Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
City `Council Chamber.
