Services The approval of OC -Go funds, in the amount of $5,250,000, represents 75% of the funding for design and complements the past work that the County of Orange ("County") completed with California Department of Transportation ("Caltrans") for the certification of the Project's OC Facilities Desipr L Comtrtuction National Environmental Protection Act. This letter is to acknowledge that the County has Management secured commitment from Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC ("RMV") for a partial matching of the Project's OC -Go funds, in the amount of $1,500,445.93• OC Facilltie, Maintenance a cur The enclosed South County Roadway Improvement Program (SCRIP) was adopted by the County Board of Supervisors by Resolution No. 04-294 concurrent with its approval of The Ranch Plan planned community documents. SCRIP identifies a series of transportation OC Fleet Services improvements that, upon completion, will benefit both local and regional elements of the south Orange County circulation system. Moreover, SCRIP sets forth a framework for implementing the identified transportation improvements, which includes a system of recognizing contributions and issuing fee credits based upon participation and action by loth RMV and non - OC Construction RMV entities.
