NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a contract was heretofore awarded on February 6, 2007, by the San
Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to Advertising Concepts, Inc. dba ADCON,
3725 Canal Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524 for the fabrication and installation of the Downtown
Directional Way -Finding Signage Program.
That the said work completed on October 15, 2007; by, said company. according to plans and
specifications and to the satisfaction of the Project Manager of the San Juan Capistrano Community
Redevelopment Agency, and that said work was accepted by. the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency, at 32400 Paseo Adelanto, .San Juan Capistrano,
California 92675, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of November 2007.
That upon said contract, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America was the surety for the
bonds given by the said company as required by law.
