SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the December 7, 2021, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority to order at 7:52 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice -Chair Sergio Farias and
Commissioners Derek Reeve, John Taylor, and Troy Bourne.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner
Farias, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Taylor absent (stepped out of the Council
Chamber) to approve consent calendar items 131 through B6, as recommended by staff.
