REGULAR MEETING

Chair Taylor called to order the June 15, 2021, Regular of the San Juan Capistrano
Public Financing Authority at 8:18 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Chair John Taylor, Vice -Chair Derek Reeve, and Directors
Howard Hart, Troy Bourne and Sergio Farias.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

There being no further business, Chair Bourne adjourned the meeting at 8:18 p.m. to
Tues3ay, June 21, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
