BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the December 7, 2020, called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 8:14 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice -Chair Troy Bourne and
Commissioners Derek Reeve, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Vice -Chair Bourne,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items B1 through B5 as
recommended by staff, with Chair Hart abstained from consent calendar B1.
