REGULAR MEETING
TELEPHONIC MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Maryott called the August 4, 2020, Regular and Telephonic Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 5:39 p.m., with Vice -Chair Reeve
attending by teleconference, pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L. Maryott, Vice -Chair Derek Reeve and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner
Farias, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 61 through B4, as
recommended by staff.
