PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FENCE
The undersigned, Lloyds Bank California Executor of the Estate
of Pearl M. Williams, Deceased, for good and valuable consideration hereby
give and grant unto the City of San Juan Capistrano, its officers, agents and
employees a license and permit to encroach upon and place a fence on and
upon that portion of said property depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof. The license and permit herein
granted shall include the right to enter upon Grantor's property for the purpose
of -maintaining, replacing and/or repairing said fence.
