ROLL CALL COUNCIL MEMBERS ATTENDING BY TELECONFERENCE, PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20: Mayor Troy Bourne, Mayor Pro Tem John Taylor, and Council Members Derek Reeve, Brian L. Maryott, and Sergio Farias. COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE/PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS: None. CLOSED SESSION (610.85) A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute: a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the City Council conferred with real property negotiators (Benjamin Siegel, City Manager; and Jeffrey Ballinger, City Attorney) pertaining to the price and terms of payment for license of real property described as the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park at San Juan Capistrano generally located at the southwest corner of Ortega Highway and Avenida La Pata and addressed as 30753 Avenida La Pata. The property owner is the City of San Juan Capistrano. Negotiating party: Blenheim Facility Management, LLC. b. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the City Council met with its Real Property Negotiators (Benjamin Siegel, City Manager; and Jeffrey Ballinger, City Attorney) concerning price and terms of payment concerning City owned real property located at APN 666-232-08, generally located at the most westerly end of Cook Park/La Novia south of the intersection of Calle Arroyo and Rancho Viejo Road. Negotiating parties: OTRA, Inc., Mr. Rob Sochi, and St. Margaret's Episcopal School. c. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the City Council met with its Real Property Negotiators (Benjamin Siegel, City Manager; and Jeffrey Ballinger, City Attorney) concerning the price and terms of payment concerning certain real property located at, APNs 121-240-39, 121-240-73, portion of 121-240-76, 121- 253-13 and 121-253-15 Vacant Land (Lower Rosan Ranch). Negotiating party: Ganahl Lumber. 1 8/4/2020 d. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the City Council met with its Real Property Negotiators (Benjamin Siegel, City Manager; and Jeffrey Ballinger, City Attorney) concerning prospective offer of public equestrian trail dedication for property located at Assessor's Parcel 650-661-07 off of Via Priorato. Negotiating party: Rancho Madrina Homeowners Association. e. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), (d)(2), the City Council conferred with Legal Counsel to discuss anticipated litigation — significant exposure to litigation (2 items).
