REGULAR MEETING
TELEPHONIC MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Bourne called to order the June 16, 2020, Regular and Telephonic Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority at 5:57 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber, with Board Member Reeve attending by teleconference, pursuant to Executive
Order N-29-20.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Chair Troy Bourne, Vice -Chair John Taylor, and Directors
Derek Reeve, Brian L. Maryott and Sergio Farias.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR: None.
BOARD ACTIONS: None.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Bourne adjourned the meeting at 5:57 p.m. to
Tueslday, June 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
Citv Council Chamber.
