TELEPHONIC MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Bourne called to order the June 16, 2020, Regular and Telephonic Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Sewer Maintenance District No. 1 at 5:58 p.m., in the
City Council Chamber, with Board Member Reeve attending by teleconference,
pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Troy Bourne, Vice -Chair John Taylor, and
Directors Derek Reeve, Brian L. Maryott and Sergio Farias.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

Ther being no further business, Chair Bourne adjourned the meeting at
5:58 t uesday, June 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in
