REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Maryott called the June 2, 2020, Regular meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority to order at 6:01 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L. Maryott and Commissioners Troy Bourne,
John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice -Chair Derek Reeve.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Commissioner
Bourne, and carried 4-0 with Vice -Chair Reeve absent to approve consent calendar items
B1 and B2, as recommended by staff.

City Council Chamber.
