BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Maryott called the May 5, 2020, Regular and Telephonic of the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority to order at 6:16 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS ATTENDING BY TELECONFERENCE, PURSUANT TO
EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20: Chair Brian L. Maryott, Vice -Chair Derek Reeve and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner
Taylor, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items B1 through B3, as
recommended by staff.
