REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION :
Chair Maryott called the February 4, 2020, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority to order at 7: 17 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Brian L. Maryott, Vice-Chair Derek Reeve and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, Brian L. Maryott, John Taylor and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Commissioner Taylor,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items B1 through B5, as
recommended by staff.
