SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the December 3, 2019, Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to
the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:13 p.m., in the
City Council Chamber.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice -Chair Brian L. Maryott and
Board Members Derek Reeve, Troy Bourne and John Taylor.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Reeve, seconded by Board Member Taylor, and
carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B5, as recommended
by staff.
