SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the October 1, 2019, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:15 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice -Chair Troy Bourne and
Commissioners Derek Reeve, John Taylor and Brian L. Maryott.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Maryott, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B3, as
recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Chair Farias adjourned the meeting at
7:16 p.m. to Tuesday, December November 5, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business
Session, in the City Council Chamber.
