Chair Maryott called to order the June 4, 2019, Special Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority at 6:24 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Sergio Farias and Chair Brian L. Maryott.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: John Taylor and Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
