SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the May 7, 2019, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:22 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice-Chair Troy Bourne and
Commissioners Brian L. Maryott and Derek Reeve.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: John Taylor.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Maryott, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Taylor absent to approve consent calendar
items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.

B2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 15, 2019, TO

There being no further business, Chair Farias adjourned the meeting at
7:23 p.m. to Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
