SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
111 BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the June 4, 2019, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:22 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias and Commissioners Brian L.
Maryott and Derek Reeve.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: John Taylor and Vice-Chair Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Maryott, seconded by Commissioner
Reeve, and carried 3-0 with Commissioner Taylor and Vice-Chair Bourne absent to
approve consent calendar items B1 through B4, as recommended by staff.

B2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 12, 2019, TO

APRIL 30, 2019, RECEIVED AND FILED (350.30)
B4. SJCHA RESOLUTION 19-06-04-01 ADOPTED ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF
THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY, AMENDING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 OPERATING BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING

There being no further business, Chair Farias adjourned the meeting at
6:23 p.m. to Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in
