REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the February 5, 2019, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 8:41 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice -Chair Troy Bourne and
Commissioners Brian L. Maryott, Derek Reeve and John Taylor.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Vice -Chair Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Taylor,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B4, as
recommended by staff.
