(Grantee),that certain real property,and rights and obligations associated therewith, situated in the City of San Jun
Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
That temporary construction easement per Grant of Temporary Construction Easement recorded
September 21,2017, as document number 2017000401693 of Official Records of said Orange County.
To Have and to Hold to said Grantee, his successors and assigns.
