Written Communications:
Report dated April 17, 2001 from the Principal Management Analyst, recommending
approval of the Owner Participation Agreement with Miles D. Brandon, owner of
Capistrano Volkswagen, to provide the dealership with financial assistance in the
amount of $500,000 for off-site improvements, permits and fees. Assistance is to
come from property tax increment to be reimbursed up to $35,000 annually.
Douglas, D. Dumhart, Principal Management Analyst, made an oral presentation
recommending approval of the Owner Participation Agreement with Miles D.
Brandon, owner of Capistrano Volkswagen.
Approval of Owner Participation Agreement:
It was moved by Director Hart and seconded by Director Swerdlin to approve the
Owner Participation Agreement with Miles D. Brandon, owner of Capistrano
Volkswagen.
