BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chair Kramer called the May 30, 2012, Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority to order at 4:18 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Larry Kramer, Vice -Chair John Taylor and
Directors Derek Reeve and Sam Allevato
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Laura Freese

1. INTRODUCTION OF FISCAL YEAR 2012-13 AND 2013-14 OPERATING FUND
BUDGETS (330.20) NO ACTION TAKEN — FINAL BUDGET SCHEDULED FOR
JUNE 19, 2012
Cindy Russell, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer, narrated a slide presentation
and responded to questions.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Kramer adjourned the meeting at 8:27 p.m. to
Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., for the public Business Session, in the
City C)ouncif]Chambers.
