REGULAR MEETING
U BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called the October 2, 2018, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:33 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Sergio Farias, Brian L. Maryott, Pam Patterson, Esq.
and Vice -Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Maryott, seconded by Commissioner
Farias, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B4, as
recommended by staff.
