SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called the September 4, 2018, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:12 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Sergio Farias, Brian L. Maryott, Pam Patterson, Esq.
and Vice -Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Vice -Chair Reeve, seconded by Commissioner Farias,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B3, as
recommended by staff.

APPROVED
B2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 20, 2018, TO

There being no further business, Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting at
6:13 p.m. to Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in
the City Council Chamber.
