SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called the August 7, 2018, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:16 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Sergio Farias, Brian L. Maryott, Pam Patterson, Esq.
and Vice -Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Commissioner
Maryott, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 61 through B3, as
recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting at
