COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING

BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Kramer called the Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:03 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, John Taylor, Vice-Chair._Laura Freese,
and Chair Larry Kramer =
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Sam Allevato
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
'minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Freese, seconded by Board Member Reeve, and
carried 4-0 with Board Member Allevato absent to approve consent calendar items 1
through 4, as recommended by staff, with Board Member Taylor abstaining from
consent calendar 3.
