SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
CLOSED SESSION:
Chair Kramer called the January 15, 2013, Special Meeting of the Successor Agency to
the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 4:36 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., John Taylor,
Vice-Chair Derek Reeve, and Chair Larry Kramer
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
PUBLIC COMMENT— CLOSED SESSION ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION (610.85):
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), (d)(2), and (d)(4), the
Successor Agency conferred with legal counsel to discuss anticipated litigation
and/or may contemplate initiating litigation.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTION: Board Member Taylor
announced that he recused himself from Closed Session due to the proximity of this
item to his residence.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Kramer adjourned the meeting at
2:45 p.m. to Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. for Closed Session and
6:0 .m. fora public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
