SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
CLOSED SESSION:
Chair Kramer called the Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:06 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., John Taylor, Sam Allevato,
Vice-Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Larry Kramer -_
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None. - •
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CLOSED SESSION (610.85):
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute: -
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), •(d)(2), and . (d)(4), the
Successor Agency conferred with legal counsel to discuss initiating litigation
(1 case) relating to the State Department of Finance.
BUSINESS.SESSION:
Chair Kramer called the August 20, 2013, Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to
the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:17 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., John Taylor, Sam Allevato,
Vice-Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Larry Kramer
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

Board Action: Moved by Board Member Allevato, seconded by Vice-Chair Reeve, and
carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 and 2, as recommended by
staff.

There being no further business Chair Kramer adjourned the meeting at 7:18 p.m. to
Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and 6:00 p.m., for a
public Business Session, in the City Council Chambers.
