REGULAR MEETING

Vice-Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Larry Kramer

BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Kramer called the November 5, 2013, Regular Meeting of the Successor'Agency
to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:32 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., John Taylor, Sam Allevato,
Vice-Chair Derek Reeve and Chair Larry Kramer
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Taylor, seconded by Board Member Allevato,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 3, as
recommended by staff.

2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AND CHECKS

3. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH ENDED

CLOSED SESSION (610.85):
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), (d)(2), and (d)(4), the
Successor Agency conferred with legal counsel to discuss initiating
litigation (1 case) relating to the State Department of Finance.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTION: None.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business Chair Kramer adjourned the meeting at 9:32 p.m. to
Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 6:00 p.m., for a public Business Session and
Closed Session, in the City Council Chambers.
