SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called the December 5, 2017, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 9:12 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Sergio Farias, Brian L. Maryott and Vice -Chair
Derek Reeve and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Pam Patterson, Esq.

Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Commissioner
Maryott, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Patterson absent to approve consent
calendar items B1 through B5, as recommended by staff.
