REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called to order the April 4, 2017, the Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 8:44 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Kerry K.
Ferguson, Vice -Chair Brian L. Maryott and Chair Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Vice -Chair Maryott,
and carried unanimously to Consent Calendar Items 131 through B3, as recommended
by staff.
