The original Jain Family Trust Driveway Access and Maintenance Easement for Storm Drainage Purposes was returned by
the Recorder's office. They were unable to record the document we sent because the "trustee of the trust needs to be
identified in the body of the document." Attached is the letter.
You had our office sign a second Jain Family Trust Driveway Access and Maintenance Easement for Storm Drainage
Purposes in order for the property owner to expedite recording. If they were able to successfully record the document,
would you please provide our office with the recorded document.
