Board of Directors, scheduled to convene a Closed Session, was called to order by Agency Secretary
Cheryl Johnson at 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber,

The items Listed on the Agenda for consideration at a Closed Session were withdrawn; therefore, due
to a lack of quorum the Agency Secretary adjourned the meeting to the next regular meeting date of
Tuesday, February 4, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
