BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman Swerdlin at 7:17 p,m. in the City Council Chamber.

It was moved by Director Jones, seconded by Director Campbell, that the staff recommendations be
accepted for the following items listed on the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following
vote:
AYES: Directors Campbell, Jones, Nash, and Chairman Swerdlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Hart
RECEIVE AND FILE WARRANTS OF DECEMBER 19, 1995, AND
JANUARY 3. 19961,300.30
The List of Demands dated December 19, 1995, in the total amount of $75,757.55 and the
List of Demands dated January 3, 1996, in the total amount of $7,743.21 were received and
filed.
2. RECEIVE AND FILE CASH BALANCES BY FIZM FOR NOVEMBER 1995

The Finance Officer's Report of Cash Fund Balances for the month of November 1995 in the
total amount of $19,391.61 was received and filed.
