SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Special of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment
Agency held jointly with the City Council, was called to order by Pro Tem Hart at 12:07 p.m., in
the City Council Chamber, to convene a Closed Session.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: David Swerdlin, Chairman
Collene Campbell, Vice Chairman
Wyatt Hart, Director.
ABSENT: Carolyn Nash, Director
Gil Jones, Director
STAFF PRESENT: George Scarborough, Executive Director; Richard K. Denhalter, Legal Counsel;
Dawn Schanderl, Deputy Agency Secretary
The Board convened in Closed Session at 12:10 p.m., for the following purpose, as authorized by
statute:
1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8,
for the property known as the Capistrano Depot, 26701 Verdugo Street, with negotiating
party Guy Edwards, to consider price and terms of payment.
2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(b), the initiation of litigation in 2 cases and pursuant to Government Code
Section 549569(c), the initiation of litigation in 2 cases..
The Deputy City Clerk was excused from the Closed Session and the meeting reconvened at 1:15
p.m.
Mr. Denhalter advised there was no action to report on the items.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 1:16 p.m. to the next
regular meeting date of Tuesday, September 19, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
