REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Nash at 7:50 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

Denhalter, Agency Counsel/City Attorney; Cynthia L. Pendleton, Finance Officer; Cheryl Johnson, Agency Secretary;
William Huber, Director of Engineering and Building Services; Lt. Paul Sullivan, Orange County Sheriffs Department;
Nancy Bernardi, Recording Secretary.
MINUTES
The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 15, 1994, were approved as submitted as part of the City Council Consent
Calendar.
BOARD ACTIONS - None
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to the Council meeting at 7:51 p.m. and reconvened at 9:23 p.m. in Closed Session to confer with and
receive advice from the Agency Counsel regarding the following item:
Conference with Legal Counsel, Anticipated Litigation, per Government Code Section 54956.9, for significant
exposure to litigation in two cases and the initiation of litigation in one case.
The Agency Secretary was excused therefrom, and the meeting reconvened at 9:55 p.m. The Agency Counsel advised
there was no action to report.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m. to Monday, April 25, 1994,
at 10:00 a.m. in the City Council Chamber for a priority -setting session.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of San Juan Capistrano, California, at its Regular of April, 19, 1994, adjourned said meeting
to Monday, April 25, 1994, at 10:00 A.M. in the City Council Chamber, 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San
Juan Capistrano, to conduct a priority -setting session.
