BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment Agency was
called to order by Chairman Nash at 8:26 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

The Finance Officer's Report of Investments as of December 31, 1993, in the total amount of
$529,955.13 was received and filed.

The Board recessed to the Council meeting at 8:26 p.m. and reconvened in a joint Closed Session with the City
Council at 10:27 p.m. for discussion of real property negotiations per Government Code Section 54956.8 (26832
Ortega Highway--O'Neill/Nordeck/Riverside Commercial Investors), the Agency Secretary being excused
therefrom, and reconvened at 12:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, 1994.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 1.2:00 a.m. Wednesday,
January 19, 1994, to the next regular meeting date of Tuesday, February 1, 1994, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber.
