BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment Agency was
called to order by Chairman Friess at 7:29 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 18, 1992, and the Adjourned Regular Meeting of August 26,
1992, were approved as submitted as part of the City Council Consent Calendar.
BOARD ACTIONS
1. FINANCE OFFICER'S REPORT OF INVESTMENTS AS OF AUGi JET 31, 1992 (350.30
It was moved by Director Hausdorfer, seconded by Director Jones, and unanimously carried that the
Finance Officer's Report of Investments as of August 31, 1992, in the total amount of $660,357.68 be
received and filed.
CLOSED SESSION - None
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. to the next regular
meeting date of Tuesday, October 5, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
