ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPLSTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman Friess at 8:08 a.m. in the City Council Chamber for the purpose of
convening a Closed Session per Government Code Section 54956.8 (property acquisition - Pearl Williams
Estate).
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Kenneth E. Friess, Chairman
Gil Jones, Vice Chairman
Jerry Harris, Director
Jeff Vasquez, Director

STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Richard K. Denhalter, Agency Counsel; Cheryl
Johnson, Agency Secretary; George Scarborough, Assistant City Manager.

The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 8:10 a.m. to discuss property acquisition matters per Government
Code Section 54956.8, the Pearl Williams Estate, the Agency Secretary being excused therefrom, and
reconvened at 9:45 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m., to the next regular
meeting date of Tuesday, September 1, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
