REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San
Juan Capistrano Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Friess at 8:15 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Kenneth E. Friess, Chairman
Gary L. Hausdorfer, Vice Chairman
Anthony L. Bland, Director
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Thomas G.
Merrell, Deputy Director; Jeffrey C. Parker, Acting Agency
Secretary; Cheryl Johnson, City Clerk; George Scarborough,
Assistant City Manager; David Bentz, Finance Officer; John R.
Shaw, City Attorney; Ray Wellington, Interim Director of Engineer-
ing and Building Services; Ronald C. Sievers, Director of Public
Lands and Facilities; Thomas L. Baker, Director of Community

MINUTES
Regular_ Meeting of October 16. 1990:
It was moved by Director Buchheim, seconded by Director Schwartze,
that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 16, 1990, be
approved as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: Directors Schwartze, Buchheim,
Hausdorfer, and Chairman Friess
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Director Bland
ABSENT: None
Special Meeting of October 30,E 1990:
It was moved by Director Buchheim, seconded by Director Bland,
that the Minutes of the Special Meeting of October 30, 1990, be
approved as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:

Hausdorfer, and Chairman Friess
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
BOARD ACTIONS
1. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS 300.30
It was moved by Director Hausdorfer, seconded by Director
Bland, and unanimously carried to approve the List of Demands
dated October 18, 1990, in the total amount of $170,786.20.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:16 p.m. to the next regular meeting date of
Tuesday, November 20, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber.
