REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment Agency was called to
order by Chairman Friess at 7:42 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. REVIEW OF FISCAL BUDGET FOR THE_ FIVE YEARS BEGINNING
JULY 1 1989 AND ENDING JUNE 3 0 994 CONTINUED 3 3 0. 7„01^
Proposal:
The last of four public hearings to review the fiscal
budget for the five years beginning July 1, 1989, and
ending June 30, 1994.
Written Communication:
Report dated June 27, 1989, from the City Manager,
forwarding the Resolution to adopt the fiscal budget.
Public Hearing:
Notice having been given as required by law, Chairman
Friess opened the Public Hearing, and there being no

response, closed the public hearing, with the right to
reopen at any time.
Adoption of Resolution:
It was moved by Director Schwartze, seconded by Director
Hausdorfer, that the following Resolution be adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. CRA 89-6-27-1 ADOPTION OF FISCAL
BUDGET. 1989-94 - A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ADOPTING A
FIVE-YEAR FISCAL PROGRAM AND BUDGET AND
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES AND APPROPRIATIONS
RELATED THERETO
The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: Directors Schwartze, Bland,
Hausdorfer, and Chairman Friess
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Director Buchheim
ABSENT: None
Director Buchheim abstained from voting due to his
absences at the previous three public hearings on the
budget.
BOARD ACTION
1. ACCEPTANCE OF 987-88 AUDIT AND FINANCIAL REPOR (310.401
Written Communication:
Report dated June 27, 1989, from the Finance Officer,
forwarding the Financial Report and Audit by the City's
independent auditor, Moreland and Associates, which
services cost $5,350, for the fiscal period ending
June 30, 1987.
AcceRtance of ReRort:
It was moved by Director Schwartze, seconded by Director
Hausdorfer, and unanimously carried, that the 1987-88
Audit and Financial Report by Moreland and Associates, the
City's independent auditor, be accepted.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:44 p.m. to Tuesday, July 5, 1989, at 7:00
p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Juan Capistrano, due to lack of quorum of said
Board of Directors, the undersigned City Clerk/Agency Secretary thereupon declared
said meeting adjourned to Tuesday, July 18, 1989, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber of
City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano, California.
