REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano Community
Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Acting Chairman Friess at 7:13 p.m., in
the City Council Chamber.
PRESENT: Anthony L. Bland, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Chairman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Vice Chairman
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Thomas G. Merrell, Deputy
Director; Mary Ann Hanover, Agency Secretary; Robert G. Boone, Finance Officer;
Glenn Southard Assistant City Manager; John R. Shaw, City Attorney; William D.
Murphy, Director of Public Works; Cheryl Johnson, Recording Secretary.
MINUTES
Regular Meeting of December 16, 1986:
It was moved by Director Schwartze, seconded by Director Bland, that the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of December 16, 1986, be approved as submitted. The motion carried
by the following vote:
AYES: Directors Schwartze, Bland,
and Acting Chairman Friess
NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Buchheim and Chairman Hausdorfer
BOARD ACTIONS
1. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS (300.30)
It was moved by Director Schwartze, seconded by Director Bland, and unanimously
carried to approve the List of Demands dated December 18, 1986, Warrant Nos. 236-
256, in the total amount of $103,959.84.
2. REPORT OF CASH FUND BALANCES (330.50
The Report of Cash Fund Balances for the months of July, August, September,
October, and November, 1986, were approved as submitted.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15
p.m., to the next meeting date of Tuesday, January 13, 1987, at 7:00 p.m., in the City
Council Chamber.
