REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by
Chairman Hausdorfer at 7:12 p.m., in the City Council. Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Chairman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Vice Chairman
Anthony L. Bland, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: Kenneth E. Friess, Director
STAFF: PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Thomas G.
Merrell, Deputy Diredtor; Mary Ann Hanover, Agency Secretary;
Robert G. Boone, Finance Officer; Glenn Southard, Assistant City
Manager; William D. Murphy, Director of Public Works; John R.
Shaw, City Attorney; Thomas Baker, Director of Community
Services; Cheryl Johnson, Recording Secretary.
MINUTES
Regular Meeting of November 5r 1985:
It was moved by Director Schwartze, seconded by Director
Buchheim, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 5,
1985, be approved as submitted. The motion carried by the
following vote:
AYES: Directors Bland, Schwartze,
Buchheim and Chairman Hausdorfer
NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Friess
BOARD ACTIONS
1. APPROVAL OF WARRANTS (202.2)
It was moved by Director Buchheim, seconded by Director
Schwartze and unanimously carried to approve the List of
Demands dated November 6, 1985, Warrant Register No. 86-044,
in the total amount of $20,122.20.

CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed at 7:14 p.m., to reconvene the City Council
meeting. The Board convened in a Closed Session at 7:20 p.m.,
to discuss acquisition of Capistrano Unified School District
property, the Agency Secretary being excused therefrom, and
reconvened at 7:59 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:59 p.m., to the next meeting date of Tuesday,
December 3, 1985, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
